30-45 days.  Osaka mustard is a strong Japanese mustard, with beautiful purple highlights. It grows well to the baby salad stage and is delicious as microgreen or baby salad green.

This broad-leafed mustard has red veined leaves. It will tolerate cold weather. Grows fast in warm weather. Both leaves and stems can be pickled, stir-fry, steamed or added to salad. The younger the leaves are picked, the milder their flavor will be.

Still producing in 8b!

We've been harvesting leaves for about 2.5 months! They are a delicious addition to our salads, and keep producing even into cool weather. The leaves are pretty and tasty! I would definitely recommend this plant. Don't let the fact that it is a mustard turn you away!

Great germination

This might be a new staple in my garden. The seeds I received germinated quickly and the leaves are nice and spicy. The purple added to my garden was just fabulous
