Mennonite Sorghum
105 days. This old fashioned cane sorghum is used to make light-colored syrup for pancakes or waffles. 7-9 ft. tall stalks. The red-hulled seed may be ground to make flour, especially for pancakes. The stalks can also be used for large animal forage.
