Storing seeds prior to use: seeds should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight for optimal germination.
90 days. Heirloom variety from Indonesia. Originates from the island of Lombok.
Fruits measure approx 1 inch at the shoulder and taper to 5 or 6 inches long. An excellent hot pepper with great taste. *The lower third of the fruit is mild and may be eaten like a sweet pepper*
Contains 15 heirloom seeds
Start seeds indoors 8-12 weeks before last frost date. Bury seeds 1/16 deep - keep room constant 70 degrees. Germination might be erratic as seeds can take up to 4 weeks to germinate.
Don't over water seeds or they will turn to mush

With me having been born in The Netherlands, it may sound really weird , but Indonesian dishes are something I am very familiar with! The Dutch “Chinese” food has a very strong Indonesian influence. This influence comes from the Dutch being world traders and the trades with the colonies in the west indies, not known as Indonesia. Lombok is a very hot pepper that is specifically mentioned in many Indonesian dishes. You only need one to flavor an entire dish! I have dried my peppers and I use this pepper in my dishes, the flavor is amazing, and totally authentic. The plant is very productive and I grew two gallon ziplocs worth of these dried peppers from two plants!
