An heirloom that was popular in New Zealand and Australia for some time. Crystal Apple gets its name from the apple-shaped cucumbers it produces. Crisp, juicy, tender, mild flavor, and creamy yellow skin. Produces Small 3” oval fruit.
Said to be more digestible than other cucumbers. Best harvested early.
