NEW ARRIVAL for 2025
Panax quinquefolius
With a history of traditional use by Native Americans, today American Ginseng is used by those searching for natural and safe remedies to promote their overall wellbeing.
Similar to Oriental Ginseng, this herbal remedy boasts adaptogenic, cardiotonic, demulcent, panacea, sedative, sialagogue, stimulant and stomachic properties. While it's commonly used for the treatment of chronic cough, low-grade fever, and night sweating, it's also known to help increase mental and physical performance and help the body adapt to stress and varying temperatures. Harvested in autumn, American Ginseng grows best in shady areas of woodland with a deep, moist, humus rich soil.
