This is another mouth-watering recipe from my sister Michelle at @heirloom_farm_country_table

She harvested Early White Vienna Kohlrabi and came up with this easy recipe for your pressure cooker or slow cooker.

 

Pressure cooker rib sandwiches
Ingredients
Rack of pork ribs
Salt
Pepper
Dried, ground garlic
1 pound of carrots, peeled and diced
1 large kohlrabi, peeled and diced
1/2 large cabbage, chopped
Brioche burger buns


Season the rack of ribs how you like.
Peel and chop fresh veggies of your choice. I used carrots, cabbage, and kohlrabi.
Arrange in your pressure cooker. A slow cooker works also.
Add a cup of water and cook on your favorite meat setting.
Once the meat is done cooking, remove and put in an oven safe dish such as a baking sheet.
Brush with bbq sauce and broil on high for 3-5 minutes.
Remove rib meat from the bones. It will be falling off the bone.
Load up a burger bun with veggies from the pressure cooker, top with rib meat and enjoy!
