90 days. A French heirloom carrot variety traced back to the 1880s. Thick, sweet “oxheart”-shaped carrots, 5-6 in. long and 3-4 in. wide, weighing up to a pound! Despite their large size, the brilliant orange roots are crisp, sweet and mild.
