Moranga Squash, a winter squash also called Pink Pumpkin, will be a beautiful addition to your garden!
Fruit is ribbed, light pink to salmon in color and weighs in at a modest 4-8 pounds. Traditionally used to make a dish called ‘Camarão na Moranga’ which means ‘shrimps in a squash’.
