Borago officinalis
Silvery green leaves covered in softly bristled hairs grow on stocky 18” to 36” plants.
The flavor of Borage is similar to a cucumber. White Borage has white, star-shaped flowers that explode in an ivory profusion all summer attracting honey bees. The flowers and young leaves may be used to garnish salads, dips and cucumber soups.
Also known as Starflower, Bee Plant or Bee Bread.
Contains 20 heirloom seeds
