Angelica Archangelica, commonly known as Garden Angelica and Wild Celery, is a biennial plant from the family Apiaceae, a subspecies cultivated for it's sweetly scented (edible) stems and roots.
The flavor of Angelica is similar to licorice, used in teas either freshly harvested or dried.
