Pepperoncini Italian peppers have thin sweet flesh excellent for pickling. Peppers begin as yellow/green peppers but turn red as they mature and take on a sweeter taste.
They are 3-5" long and .75-1.5" wide. Bushes are relatively small and grow 30" tall.

Start seeds indoors 8-12 weeks before last frost date. Bury seeds 1/16 deep - keep room constant 70 degrees. Germination might be erratic as seeds can take up to 4 weeks to germinate.
