75-80 days. Bulgarian Carrot Pepper grows up to 18" tall and produces peppers that are about 3 1/2" long.
Like most peppers they start off green, but this pepper ends in an orange blaze of glory.
The color of a carrot! A very interesting flavor that starts off fruity and then slowly sizzles as it finishes hot!
The texture of Bulgarian Carrot is crunchy and perfect for roasting.
