40 days. Brassica rapa
Also called Mustard-Spinach or just Komatsuna.
Komatsuna mustard spinach is a Japanese green that's a delicious, leafy plant. Tendergreen mustard offers the flavor and texture of spinach, but with greater yields and easier care. It does bolt slightly earlier than other mustard varieties, so it is best to sow spring plantings early enough that they will mature before the weather gets hot.
An excellent Spring or Fall crop.
Tendergreen is widely used both in stir fry and in salads. Its tender leaves, as well as its flowering stems, are used raw or are cooked.
