Enjoy the bold flavor of wasabi without the long and difficult growing process! Wasabi Arugula produces deep green spoon-shaped leaves with slightly toothed edges. Great for Spring and Fall planting.
Wasabi arugula is a member of the Diplotaxis genus and is a small, herbaceous plant belonging to the Brassicaceae or mustard family. The leaves can be harvested when young as a baby green, or they can be left to fully mature, developing a slightly bitter undertone.
