Mary, you are my hero! The veggies and herbs I planted are all growing. Calendula is coming up, blue Hubbard squash is on its way from central Florida to Texas, wave at it when you see it come by because it’s growing like 2 plus feet a day! My amaranth is looking so gorgeous that I just don’t want to eat it, but I did try some leaves in my salad the other day and they taste good! Now if you can work more magic and make it rain here, that would be nice! It just has been hot and humid without the rain here in west Volusia county, fl. I have officially instigated and recruited like 6 people to start growing their own food. It is so much fun to hear them share what they are starting and I’m sending them to you for seeds, because you are both affordable and your seeds sprout! As of right now, I have 4 lbs of tomatoes canned and I have about 8 lbs sitting on the counter waiting to get processed. I have about 10 1qt freezer bags full of beans, my turnips are about 3 inches in diameter and ready to be picked, my parsnips are about 2 inches in diameter and ready to be picked, Thank you my friend!
