I found Mary’s Heirloom Seeds, a couple of years ago, using Google search. I had grown things, here and there, over the years but never on the scale I was embarking on. I bought from 2 or 3 places that year. I, now, buy exclusively from Mary. I love supporting small business and Mary makes available loads of information via her blog, videos, and personal email responses. I can’t imagine buying anywhere else, now. 💜

I just discovered calendula a few years ago but have only planted it once. Beautiful and I’m told they’re a great vegetable garden companion.

We found you when we did a search for heirloom seeds for Central Florida. You were one of the first to come up! As I’ve watched your videos, it’s been extra comforting for this struggling gardener to know that you’ve actually experienced life here in the sunshine state. I have tried gardens in the past with minimal success. This time I am using the square-foot-gardening method, and building some cages to keep those pesky squirrels (and other rodents) from helping themselves.
