She is so helpful, friendly, & ready to answer any question in youtube video or by email. I don’t remember, except that I was trying to make a small order to each of several smaller seed companies before I moved on to Johnnies and Fedco. I kept discovering new ones, among them Mary’s, with which I have been very satisfied. The instructional sheets are very well done. I want to get a loose-leaf with clear plastic slip-in pages to save them in. I really appreciate the re-sealable packages- saves me time and scotch tape.
