Is there a natural way to keep deer out of my vegetable garden.

LeAnn Harbert,

Love using your seeds. Garden is going well. Planting sunflowers near the bee hives. Heard that the pollen is good for them.

Sue D,

I love using your compost tea and nitrogen fish boost. It really gives my garden the boost it needs to get going. I have had great fun planting all your seeds. Really enjoy my bee attracting borage this year!

Wendy Carly Perez,

I’m looking for perennial flowering plants that will take the Texas heat that is not any taller than 2 foot. Also want a flowering ginger that can be planted in the ground but I don’t know where to look for one.

Deborah Elkins,

Do you have any favourite recipes or suggestions for keeping bugs out of your veggies? I don’t like spraying any chemicals and the farm land around me is certified organic so I try not to spray even though I had to spray some BTK on stuff last year.

Here is my favourite deer repellant spray we make and use.

1 or 2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons of baking powder
One gallon of water

We mix the egg yolks and baking powder together with some water, run it trough a swive to remove the lumps, place this mixture in a 1 gallon sprayer and fill with water.

If you spray this every week or after rain the seer and elk won’t touch your gardens and it doesn’t affect the taste of your veggies.

Shannon mcnulty,

Super excited to find you!

Wren S,

Love your seed selection!

nicholas l prince,

Wonderful information!
Thank you for the seed-opportunity.
I don’t have one favorite plant for bees as we have too many wonderful fruit trees and plants that attract them.
I do love walking around the property though, listening & watching the bees in all the trees & plants.
Makes me feel good to know they are happy doing their great work for the benefit of all.

Danielle,

I have a lot of grasshoppers where we just moved to. They love eating up my garden. Any suggestions on what to do about grasshoppers???

Rose Felton,

Awesome giveaway, i have ordered a few times from you this year!

Anna Nelson,

I love heirloom seeds. I try to grow everything in my garden from heirloom seeds.
Thanks for hosting this giveaway!!

Laura,

Thanks for the giveaway & a chance to win some seeds & fertilizer. My favorite pollinator plants are usually herbs, but I also like to plant fragrant flowers. What I’d like to see here in the near future are some short day or day length neutral alliums. Too many seed sellers offer only long day varieties. They need to remember that fully one third of this country is located in the deep south. We need varieties that are day length compatible with our location.

JL E,

My fav bee-friendly plant is the bee balm

Amy,

Bees love my angel trumpets.

Rust,

I don’t have enough gardening space! We’re renting, so I’m gardening in pots – but I’m gardening!

Caroline,
